Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 1 Ripe Mango
  • 7 cubes Ice
  • 1 cup Ruby Goat Dairy goat's milk yogurt

Instructions

  1. Peel banana and cut in half. Peel mango and cut into chunks; a variety of mango that is not hairy will suit this recipe best. Put banana, mango, ice, and yogurt in a blender and whiz until smooth. Serve immediately while the drink is still cold.

    Chef's note: Mango can be replaced with other available fresh fruit like papaya, naseberry, and guava.
